Products

We strive to accurately describe our products. Colors, packaging, and appearance may vary due to monitor settings or manufacturer updates.

Some products are vintage, collectible, discontinued, clearance, or New Old Stock (NOS). Such items may display shelf wear, aging, discoloration, packaging imperfections, price stickers, or similar cosmetic characteristics that are normal for their age and are not defects when accurately described or photographed.

Orders

Submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to inventory availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons. Inventory may be shared between our online store and our physical retail location.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or technical errors and cancel affected orders. If payment has already been collected, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Carrier delays are outside our control.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Clearance, closeout, vintage, collectible, and NOS items are sold as FINAL SALE unless the incorrect item was shipped.

Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, photographs, logos, product descriptions, educational content, and website design are the property of Mr. Office or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
